Lowering your tax bill should be a primary goal in any <a href="http://mykhaylo.arbetovcfpfma.canada.investordesktop.com/">financial plan</a>,
allowing you to free up money for the more important things in life
such as retirement savings or funding a child&#39;s education. If you are
married, one of the most effective ways to reduce your tax bill is to
use an income splitting strategy to move income from the spouse in a
high tax bracket to the spouse in a lower tax bracket. Contributing to
a Spousal <a href="http://arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=140">RRSP</a> is one such strategy.
<p>
&#160;
Canada&#39;s tax system is based on tax brackets. The more income
you make, the more taxes you pay on that income. Therefore, if you can
move income from someone in a high tax bracket to someone in a lower
tax bracket, who will pay less tax on that same income, you can
significantly lower your tax bill.
</p>
<p>
&#160;
<strong>How Does It Work? </strong>
</p>
<p>
A Spousal RRSP is the same as a <a href="http://www.arbetov.com/">regular RRSP</a> except that one
spouse makes contributions on behalf of the other. Determine whether
you or your spouse will generate most of your family&#39;s retirement
income, and then open a Spousal RRSP for the spouse who will earn less.
Let&#39;s assume that you are the higher earning spouse.
</p>
<p>
&#160;
Your contribution to a Spousal RRSP is counted along with any
contributions made to your own RRSP. The combined contributions can&#39;t
exceed your individual available RRSP contribution room. In other
words, you don&#39;t get any extra contribution room just because you are
contributing on behalf of your spouse.
</p>
<p>
&#160;
<a href="http://arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=140">The Spousal RRSP</a> - and any contributions made to it - is owned
and controlled by your spouse. When money is withdrawn, it is included
in your spouse&#39;s income, and taxed at their tax rate, provided the
contributions have been in the Spousal RRSP for at least three years
(otherwise, it&#39;s taxed at your rate). If you have planned correctly,
that rate should be lower than yours.
</p>
<p>
&#160;
The advantage of a Spousal RRSP is that it allows you to pay
less tax in your retirement years, while at the same time allowing the
higher-earning spouse to claim the deduction in the year of the
contribution. If you would like to find out more about Spousal RRSP&#39;s,
or want to discuss whether a spousal RRSP is right for you, please give

</font>
<div id="body">
<p>
Anyone looking to take the &quot;natural&quot; route to muscle
building and quality weight gain is always on the lookout for anything
to get a leg up on their physiques. Well, recently a study was
conducted that may give some positive nods to yogurt, calcium, and
vitamin D....(notice I said &quot;may&quot;).
</p>
<p>
Here&#39;s the study first, then
at the end of this article I&#39;ll give you my personal thoughts on
whether this will actually make a difference in building muscle mass or
not: The International Society of Sports Nutrition Conference grabbed a
group of 35 women, all an average age of 19. They were all considered
calcium deficient because they didn&#39;t consume a minimum of 800 mgs of
per day. The study lasted 8 weeks, and they were required to weight
train.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/visitorstocanada">Visitors to Canada Insurance</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
The 35 women were divided into 3 groups. The first group
were given yogurt at specific times, the second group protein, and the
third carbohydrates. The protein and carb groups were to continue to
eat as they had before the study began, meaning that they were still
going to be consuming a low or deficient amount of calcium. The yogurt
group, however, ate three servings of yogurt, which contained 200 mgs
of calcium and 40 units of vitamin D per serving....which equals a
total of at least 600 mgs of calcium and 120 units of vitamin D per day
from the yogurt alone.
</p>
<p>
As soon as they would complete their
strength training workout, the protein group would drink some type of
sports drink. The carb group would drink a carb-only beverage. The
yogurt group would consume one of their yogurt servings. However, for
all three groups the amount of calories eaten post workout was 100
calories, regardless if it was a sports drink, a carb-only drink, or a
serving a yogurt. Well, after the 8 week study was completed, it was
noticed that the women in the yogurt group had the biggest gains in
muscle building and strength gains.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/">All about insurance in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Now, my take:
</p>
<p>
First
off, keep in mind that the minimum recommended daily amount of calcium
is 800 mgs, according to the study. The women in the yogurt group got
600 mgs of calcium from the 3 yogurt servings per day. That&#39;s still 200
mgs below the minimum requirement. The problem with the study lies in
that we don&#39;t know for certain how much other calcium those women
consumed from the other foods that they ate during the 8 week study. We
don&#39;t know if the addition of the 600 mgs of calcium from the yogurt to
what they were getting from everything else was enough to push them
above the minimum requirement of 800 mgs or not.
</p>
<p>
Also, another
issue I have with this study is that it doesn&#39;t say if these women had
ever weight trained before this study or not. There&#39;s a big difference
with someone training for the first time in their life and someone that
is a seasoned exercise enthusiast. They&#39;re body&#39;s response to workout
programs are going to be very different in the initial stages. Someone
that has never trained is going to get an immediate and bigger boost
from a workout routine than someone that has been at it for years.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/forum.asp">Canadian Financial Forum</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
In
addition, although the study does conclude that the women in the yogurt
group / higher calcium group did have a higher degree of muscle
building and strength gain than the women in the other two groups, it
doesn&#39;t specify exactly how much. Hey, the yogurt group could have only
gained half a pound more of lean muscle mass than the other groups,
which would technically be considered having gained more muscle. But,
when taking a look at the bigger picture, half a pound of lean muscle
mass built after 8 weeks of hitting the weights isn&#39;t anything to brag
about. That&#39;s not even really noticeable in the mirror.
</p>
<p>
So, at the end of the day, take studies like these with a grain of salt if muscle building is your goal.
</p>

<div class="article_text">
<p>
Water hydrates your body. Since your skin is your largest organ it
benefits from the hydration. Good hydration helps the skin work
properly and fights acne outbreaks.
</p>
<p>
Part of the skin&#39;s job is to help eliminate toxins and waste from the
body. If the skin is not hydrated this process breaks down and acne is
one of the side effects.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/canadiantravelinsurance">Travel Insurance Canada</a>

<hr />
<p>
The sun and wind can dry you out and that irritates the skin. While
this may or may not be a direct cause of acne it will worsen any acne
you have. Indirectly it can lead to a lot of dead skin cells on your
skin. These can get into the pores and clog them leading to acne.
</p>
<p>
Those 8 to 10 glasses a day you should drink will improve the skin tone
and texture. It will stimulate cell growth to help the skin heal. It
can assist in filtering out the toxins present in everyone and to
dilute the natural occurring skin oil - lessening acne outbreaks.

<hr />
<p>
Proper hydration helps all the organs work together in harmony to
eliminate the causes of acne. You will feel better, your skin oil is
not as thick and your skin is supple and healthy.
</p>
<p>
If your skin is properly moisturized it suffers less irritation and
less acne. Even if you have oily skin you need good hydration. It will
help cut down on skin oil production and the oil will be thinner.

Thicker skin oil can clog the pores easier causing blackheads,

Dry skin is easily irritated which leads to acne outbreaks.
</p>
<p>
If you are improperly hydrated your elimination system gets sluggish.
This can cause your body to become bacteria friendly and this can
trigger acne outbreaks.. As your elimination system gets bogged your
body will use the skin to rid itself of toxins and waste. This will
make your skin susceptible to acne.

over the holidays, I&#39;ve compiled a list of things to bring aside from
the obvious money and passport. You&#39;ll see that the common theme here
involves planning ahead. Hopefully, these suggestions will help to
relieve some of the stress associated with what is supposed to be a
pleasurable experience:
<div class="article_text">
<p>
1) Bring one of those inflatable (or stuffed) neck pillows. The
inflatable ones take up no room and are very helpful in avoiding
inadvertently snuggling up to your new neighbour or the hard plastic
wall.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://travelcanada.bravejournal.com/">Blog about Travel in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
2) Carry hand sanitizer with you. It&#39;s no substitute for proper hand
washing, but it will help to keep you safe from invading
microorganisms. Believe it or not, even though you should wash your
hands before you eat, it&#39;s actually touching your eyes and nose with
dirty hands that can make you more susceptible to disease.
</p>
<p>
3) Bring proper shoes. This may sound obvious, but if you&#39;ll be doing a
lot of walking don&#39;t sacrifice your feet for the sake of style. I
learned this the hard way as I was running 270 degrees through the
circular San Francisco airport during the construction to catch my
connecting flight.
</p>
<p>
4) Bring a travel guide and map ahead of time ( buy or borrow one from
a friend, auto club, or library) to get the most out of, and safest
trip for your money. These guides usually have helpful tips and local
emergency phone numbers.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/forum.asp">Financial and Insurance Forum</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
5) Have a phone card in case of emergency (if you have a GMS cell phone
even better). Always make sure to look up the country code and figure
out the right dialing instructions for you and those at home (along
with your itinerary) in case they need to get ahold of you. By the same
token, you should figure out how to call out of the country you&#39;re
visiting before you leave home.
</p>
<p>
6) Bring your address book/PDA. Maybe this one sounds obvious, but
important to have in case you want to send a postcard or are scrambling
to get a hold of some information from home while you are away (from
your lawyer, doctor etc.)
</p>
<p>
7) This depends on where you live, but always make sure you have
medical insurance. Depending on what province you live in, in Canada
your provincial health plan will only cover so much. You don&#39;t want to
be stuck in a foreign country with a serious injury or illness and no
way to get help (the insurance company will have a number that you can
call right away).
</p>
<p>
8) Get a bit of local currency before you leave home. This helps with
porter, cart, or taxi fees until you get to your final destination. As
a side-note, this came in very handy when we flew into the opposite
side of the island of Tenerife than we were staying on, and had to take
their public transport across the island to get to our hotel. This also
applies to point number 4--thankfully we figured out the bus schedule
online <strong>before</strong> we got there!
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/canadiantravelinsurance">Travel Insurance Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
9) Have a survival kit in your carry-on in case your checked luggage
takes a detour. Everybody&#39;s kit will be different, but mine includes a
change of clothes that can be easily rolled up to save space, hand
sanitizer, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a paperback book, a couple of
packaged snacks and any prescription medication that you would need.
</p>
<p>
10) A smile! You may not speak the same language, but a smile is
universal (giving one will get you further than talking slower and
louder).
</p>
<p>
I hope that this article helps you to avoid any unnecessary scrambling, expenses or stress on your next trip. Happy traveling!

such as a salad every once in a while. However, eating raw foods is one
of the most important things you can do for your health and your
weight. I am talking about healthy vegan raw foods such as fruits,
vegetables, nuts and seeds.
<div class="article_text">
<p>
These foods are fantastic for your body and health and provide you with
everything your body needs to perform at peak level. Some of the
benefits of eating raw foods include increased brain function, heart
function, kidney function and so much more.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en">Canadian Financial Advisor</a>

<hr />
<p>
This is one of the reasons that experts recommend eating 5 different
colored fruits or vegetables a day. Eating raw food drastically reduces
your risks of cancer, diabetes, stroke and heart disease. You can
actually lower your risk of cancer by 50%, and that is a huge number.
</p>
<p>
Studies show that eating this kind of food can help you prevent
obesity, and diabetes as well. Regularly eating foods like these help
keep your digestive system healthy, and promote a healthy colon and
intestinal tract.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/">Buy Insurance Online</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
There are a lot of ways you can enjoy your raw foods and still feel
fully satisfied after a meal. By eating salads that are full of
different colored vegetables and nuts, you can effectively get a great
serving of delicious foods like these. Eating <a href="http://www.rawfoodist.net/Articles/Why_Buy_Raw_Food_Cookbooks.php">raw food</a> should be a normal part of your dietary regime.
</p>
<hr />

<hr />
<p>
Raw foods will enable you to stay healthy and happy for many years to
come and the benefits you will experience are amazing to say the least.
If you are a parent, you should consider training your children from
the time they are young to love raw fruits and vegetables so it will be
easier for them to maintain a healthy diet for life. Doing so will help
prevent childhood obesity, and obesity that carries over into adult
hood. So, maybe you should be listening to your mother&#39;s advice and eat
your fruits and vegetables!

Are you one of the thousands of Canadians who has accumulated
significant unused RRSP contribution room, either by not contributing
your full eligible amount, or by missing your RRSP contribution
altogether?
<p>
&#160;
Are you one of the many investors who have remained on the
sidelines through the poor market conditions over the last few years?
It doesn&#39;t take long to build up a significant amount of contribution
room, and this unused room represents a great t<a href="http://arbetov.com/en/">ax-savings opportunity</a>.
</p>
<p>
&#160;
If you have a large amount of unused contribution room, you
might want to consider an RRSP &#8220;catch-up&#8221; loan. A catch-up loan allows
you to borrow all or a portion of your eligible contribution room to
deposit into your RRSP.
</p>
<p>
&#160;
The benefit of a catch-up loan is that any amount you contribute
can be deducted from your income this year, or carried forward to
future years, resulting in significant <a href="http://arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=55">tax savings</a> or even a
substantial refund. You can use your refund to either pay down your
loan balance, or make a further contribution to your <a href="http://arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=140">RRSP </a>(which begins
the cycle of tax savings anew for next year!).
</p>
<p>
&#160;
Furthermore, any growth of the investments within your RRSP can
accumulate tax-deferred until you need the money for your retirement.
This allows <a href="http://arbetov.com/">your investments</a> to compound at a higher rate year after
year. Over time this will make a huge difference in the amount you have
available for your retirement, when compared to investing outside of an
RRSP.
</p>
<p>
&#160;
If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity and see
if an RRSP catch-up loan makes sense for you, or would like some more
information about RRSP investing in general, feel free to give me a

<div id="body">
<p>
For those whose view of the traditional camping
experience is filled with little more than mosquitoes, dirty clothes,
and too much wildlife, beach camping can provide a more pleasant
alternative. It is a wonderful and budget friendly means of getting a
front row seat to astounding sunrises and sunsets. You can swim all day
and listen to the rolling waves of the ocean before you fall soundly
asleep.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=220">All about Bussiness in Canada </a>

<hr />
<p>
There are many beaches that are now camper friendly. Most
have posted signs to tell you whether they permit camping; or instead,
you can check their web site for details. Some beaches have actual
campsites located right on or near the beach. Once you&#39;ve made the
emotional commitment to try this form of camping, making a reservation
will ensure an available spot, as these are very popular campsites.
</p>
<p>
Before
you head to the beach to do some relaxing camping, you need to come
with a few essentials. First, a beach tent will keep out the early
morning sun. These are typically designed as pop up tents that work
well in the sand, and can be priced as low as under $20.00.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://buyinsurance.livejournal.com/">Guide for Life Insurance</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Prior
to your trip, inquire ahead of time whether the beach that you will be
camping on allows bonfires. Although some do, they might require a
permit, while others do not allow them at all. If you have the
opportunity to spend time on a beach that does, come prepared with
lighter fluid, matches, and of course your sticks on which to cook
s&#39;mores. If the beach does not permit a bonfire, then at least bring a
portable stove so you can cook your meals out on the beach.
</p>
<p>
Most
people who opt for beach camping do not do so because of the hiking
experience, or even to enjoy communing with nature. Rather, it is for
the romantic atmosphere of the ocean and fun for the kids. Few ever
have the great experience of living directly on a beach. But for a
night or a weekend, your whole family can experience the allure that
draws the large beach crowds and what it is like to sleep and play on
the beach 24 hours a day.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">

</div>
<hr />
<p>
The next time you plan a camping
excursion, consider foregoing the traditional campsites in the middle
of the woods and instead enjoy the relaxing and untraditional
experience of camping on a beach. Whether you are simply a beach lover
or want to wake up and jump right in the ocean as the sun rises, this
is a wonderful way to spend a night or weekend.

take and what not to take can be a challenge. In general, the rule is
to take less than you think you need with the obvious exception of
medical prescriptions and supplies.
<p>
When it comes to clothing, the first step is obviously to pack for the
climate. If you are going to the Alps during the winter, pack warm. A
trip to the Greek Islands in summer, of course, requires a bathing suit
and flip flops. Here are some general tips on travel clothing.
</p>
<p>
If it is going to be wet at your destination, take a black or dark rain
coat. Don&#39;t pay extra for wrinkle free coats. You really don&#39;t need
this benefit. Why? You are going to be standing in the rain!
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/visitorstocanada">Buy visitors to Canada Insurance Online</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
While you are probably not going to run into friends or family abroad,
you don&#39;t want to be a fashion nightmare. To avoid such problem, try to
pack one color of clothing along with some neutral colors like black.
It might not look great, but it won&#39;t look terrible.
</p>
<p>
The travel industry has come up with a wide variety of wrinkle free
garments for the average traveler. The wrinkle free clothing has really
improved, and is definitely worth taking along so long as you break it
in before your trip.
</p>
<p>
If you don&#39;t wear it at home, you will not wear it on the road. Trust
me on this. People often make the mistake of packing things they think
they MIGHT wear. Don&#39;t. It is highly likely you will not wear it, so
why carry it all over creation?
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.takeforum.com/forum/arbetov.html">Canadian Financial Forum</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Safari vest are used frequently by travelers and for sale just about
everywhere. Okay, they are pretty ugly, but they are definitely a good
practical item. Make sure you get zippers on the pockets so nothing
falls out and nobody picks any valuables from them.
</p>
<p>
You will rarely be doing your own laundry on the trip. In many parts of
the world, laundry service comes with even the cheapest hotel. The
quality of that service is usually good, but make sure to pack clothes
that don&#39;t require specific care.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/canadiantravelinsurance">Travel Insurance Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Layout the clothing you intend to take. Are there any pieces you would
be heartbroken to lose or have damaged? If so, you should know what to
do with them. Replace them with something else that isn&#39;t going to be
missed. Traveling is rough on clothes.
</p>
<p>
Traveling abroad is an absolute blast and I highly recommend you do it
as much as possible. That being said, minimize what you pack for your
trips. You can usually buy anything you forget at your destination, so
don&#39;t sweat it.<br />

<a href="http://find-insurance-online.blogspot.com/">Buying insurance</a> or investment products is much different than
purchasing something like, say, shoes. With shoes, the stakes are quite
low, and you know immediately if you&#39;ve made a poor decision. The worst

you can then return the next day.

When purchasing <a href="http://arbetov.com/en/">financial products</a>, the stakes are much higher, the

<br />
Many people want to travel
for the holidays but they don&#8217;t feel like they can because their budget
doesn&#8217;t allow for it. Yet there are plenty of ways you can raise money
to be able to do so. The sooner you start making a plan and determining
how much money you will need the more successful you will be. Come up
with as accurate of an amount as you can so you wont&#8217; fall short. If
you overestimate the amount of money you need for holiday travel then you can enjoy it later on.<br />
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://find-insurance-online.blogspot.com/">Buy Insurance Online</a>
</div>
<hr />
Make a commitment not to touch the money you save for holiday travel
under and circumstances. Place it in the bank or in a piggy bank that
you have to break to get into. This way you won&#8217;t be tempted to remove
any of the money for another purpose. The money you save for holiday
travel will safely continue to grow until you are ready to travel. <br />
<br />
Everyone needs to remove clutter from their home now and then so get it
done and have a yard sale. Price the items cheap so that you won&#8217;t have
to haul it all back into your home again. Making some money off the
items you no longer need is better than not making any at all. You may
want to place some of the items on the various online auctions so that
you can get a better price for them. Do your research to see what is
selling on these sites so you can have a good chance of selling yours.<br />
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.blogigo.com/travelCanada">All about Travel in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
Take a close look at your income and think about how much of it you can
reasonably put away for holiday travel. Even if it is only $10 a week
you can start putting it away and it will add up quickly. If you get
paid every two weeks there will be months when you get three pay
checks. Make a plan to save at least &#189; of those paychecks for your
holiday travel plans.<br />
<br />
You may find making some adjustments to your family&#8217;s budget can help
you to save enough money for holiday travel as well. Instead of paying
for a cup of coffee on the way to work each day make your own. Rather
than going out to dinner and to a movie consider ordering a pizza and
renting a movie. All the extra money that you save needs to go towards
your holiday travel plans. <br />
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/">Travel Insurance Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
Ask your boss about any additional shifts or overtime hours you can
have in order to save money for holiday travel. This means you may have
to give up some of your free time but it will be a worthwhile
sacrifice. Let other people know you are for hire too so they can pay
you to baby sit, clean their house, or paint their garage. These little
projects can be very fun and add up to some nice cash for the holiday
travel plans you have. <br />
<br />
If you are traveling for the holidays
to see your family or friends ask them about a no gift rule if you want
to go for Christmas. Explain to them that you will be saving all your
money towards coming to see them for the holidays. The amount of money
you will save on gifts quickly adds up, and being able to spend time
with your family and friends will be a gift you can&#8217;t put a price on. <br />
<br />
Look for excellent deals on holiday travel as well. It will be wonderful if you find a cheap flight
or a discount of the train or bus. This means you will have less money
to save up for your holiday travel. It may take some effort and some
sacrifices but it will be well worth it when the holiday of your choice
rolls around and you are able to go where you want to go.<br />

</font>
<div id="body">
<p>
Living and working in the Eastern Mediterranean, I&#39;ve
come to the conclusion that there&#39;s one tree amongst many that is
unmatched in its suitability for a small home garden in a dry climate.
That tree is Lagerstroemia indica, which you may know as Crape Myrtle.
It is literally a year round performer. It&#39;s not that it simply looks
good 12 months of the year, rather it looks different and good all
year. In the summer you get a magnificent flower display, ranging from
pink, red or white, depending on the variety. In the autumn, you get
fall colour. This varies of course with the length and coldness of the
season, but in places where the winter is fairly chilly, the autumn
leaf display can be quite spectacular. When out of leaf, the tree makes
a delightful silhouette, where the reddish, pealing bark is an added
feature. Come springtime, and the juvenile leaves have that bright
green, fresh colour special to deciduous trees and absent from
evergreens.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://find-insurance-online.blogspot.com/">Find insurance for You</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
These factors funnily enough, are not sufficient in
themselves to make the decision in favour of this or that tree. Many a
serious mistake has been made because the home owner has been so
impressed by some outstanding characteristic of a particular species,
that they&#39;ve ignored 4 cardinal criteria that must be taken into
account as a pre-condition for their choice. I&#39;m not talking about
choosing a tropical tree in an artic winter climate. Obviously you&#39;re
not going to do that! Here are the&quot; big four&quot;.
</p>
<p>
*The tree must not
have aggressively invasive roots. Don&#39;t be tempted otherwise, no matter
how superb the tree may look in other locations.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/canadiantravelinsurance">Travel Insurance Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
*The size of the
tree should be in scale with the size of the house and the garden as a
whole. Planting a massive Eucalyptus in a small 75 meter plot is a
major design error.
</p>
<p>
* The tree should be hardy to pests and
disease. Many fruit trees will turn your garden into a chemical battle
site! (With regard to Lagerstroemia, be sure to ask your supplier for a
variety that is hardy to mildew)
</p>
<p>
* The tree should be suitable as
far as size, shape and form are concerned. Flower or fall color are a
bonus, but these other factors are primary, because the tree should
look good all year round.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=220">All about business in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
And this is why I think the Crape
Myrtle is so right. It&#39;s a small tree, reaching up to about 5 -6
meters. It can be planted close to the house without fear of dangerous
roots. It&#39;s virtually pest and disease free (the mildew hardy varieties
at least) and it&#39;s simply a stunning performer. Finally, it combines
superbly with another &quot;must&quot; tree for a small garden - the Pomegranate.

<div id="body">
<p>
In today&#39;s marketplace, being able to accept credit
card payments is a necessity. A credit card payment capability not only
provides a professional look to your business but also, if your
business does not offer the option to pay via credit card, you will
undoubtedly be losing potential sales revenue.
</p>
<p>
Businesses
that are mobile (such as those participating in tradeshows, traveling
salesmen, taxi &#38; limousine services, home delivery businesses,
plumbers and electricians, lawn maintenance services, car rental
agencies, etc.) need to have this ability just as much as businesses
that are permanently situated. This is where the freedom and
flexibility of wireless credit card processing can help.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/canadiantravelinsurance">Travel Insurance Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
The
wireless credit card processing option is becoming more popular, day by
day, because it lets you process transactions, no matter where you are
located. You can receive payment from credit cards either by swiping
the card or entering the card number into a touch-tone phone. This
makes it easier and more reliable than the old method of filling out a
form to be mailed to the credit card company for payment.
</p>
<p>
Some
wireless credit card processing units now on the market are small
enough to fit in your pocket - so they are perfect for taking payments
anywhere, even a parking lot. These compact payment processing units
can be connected to small thermal printers, so you can give your
customers a receipt. This can further speed up the transaction time, so
more customers can be served in less time. The best part is, this
technologically-advanced service is uncomplicated and is relatively
easy to set up. Previously, credit card processing that was
wireless-based was subject to power failures or disruption of phone
service, causing long delays in verifying cards. Today, this is no
longer the case.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/">Finance in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Since with &#39;card present&#39; wireless processing,
all of the card information is verified right away, all such
transactions are considered the same as swiping the card - and result
in your receiving the lower processing costs normally associated with
swiped transactions (as opposed to the higher costs incurred with
internet website processing). This is due to the lower risk of fraud
when the credit card is actually presented to you, as the merchant.
</p>
<p>
Today&#39;s
wireless credit card processing systems also screen for fraudulent
cards, stolen cards and over limit cards on the spot. Tracking down a
customer who paid for merchandise or service with an invalid card is
time consuming and expensive. This will rarely be necessary with
wireless credit card processing as you will know immediately if a
credit card is valid.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.reallifelog.com/travelCanada/archive/28134/">Anatomy of a Ski</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Over the years, wireless networks have
progressed a great deal. They now provide very comprehensive services
and are cost effective at the same time. With the rising demand of
wireless credit card processing, various service providers offer
competitive rates along with very good customer service, allowing you
to accept payment from any and every corner of the world. When
selecting your wireless credit card processing service provider, be
sure to check that they provide secure virtual terminal and point of
sale capabilities. These will ensure a safer and a faster transaction.
</p>
<p>
So,
what&#39;s stopping you from setting up the safest and the most convenient
way to receive payments for your products or services? Go ahead, expand
your business, accept payments anytime, anywhere and watch your sales
soar.

Moderate Exercises to Fitness!<br />
<br />
Have you ever felt tired and stressed out from work and by the time you
get home you see your three children running towards you asking you to
play basketball with them? You take a pass but promise the kids that
after you rest a little, you will take some time to play. <br />
<br />
Instead of disappointing your children, why not say, &quot;yes&quot; after all?
You will be surprised by the amount of energy you will have after that
30-minute activity.<br />
<br />
<hr />
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/canadiantravelinsurance">Travel Insurance Canada</a>
<hr />
<br />
Did you know that by exercising at a moderate pace for only 30 minutes,
you would feel a lot better, mentally? It has been proven that this
improves the appetite and sharpens your style in problem solving. Not
only that, you will also feel it is easier to sleep at night if you do
moderate exercises even for only 30 minutes every day.<br />
<br />
What are the benefits of regular exercise? It promotes self-discipline
and has a positive impact on how you perceive life. Exercise help your
spirits and can help with depression. For first timers, it can be done
for 15 minutes for 2 to 3 days a week. You can increase the time you
spend once your body gets tuned up for it. Don&#39;t over do it!<br />
<br />
<hr />
<a href="http://www.reallifelog.com/travelCanada/archive/28134/">Anatomy of a Ski</a>
<hr />
<br />
DON&#39;T ever force your body! If you get hurt, then stop. You can take a
break from exercising for a few days and then you can start again but
you need to start from day 1. <br />
<br />
Here are some moderate exercises you can do and enjoy:<br />
<br />
1. Walking. Make use of your surroundings. You can walk the dog.
Encourage your family to walk with you or find a neighbor, friend or
you can simply go it alone and use that as YOUR down time to recharge
the batteries. Walk daily and you will find yourself burning calories
while enjoying the surroundings and getting enough sunlight that is
also good for your body. <br />
<hr />
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=102">Canadian Insurance</a>
<hr />
<br />
2. Discover the wonders of Yoga.
Yoga is an effective exercise that energizes not only your body but
also your soul. You may want to learn just the basic yoga positions
that are not too complicated but proven effective. A five-minute yoga can perk you up and recharge your body with the energy you lost for the whole day. You relax and at the same time you stretch!<br />
<br />
3. Engage in some type of sport. Play basketball, football, baseball,
tennis or badminton. Many doctors have recommended sports as an
effective way to stay fit and healthy. Sports can also be done in
moderation. Do not take it seriously. Shooting basketball with a friend
is one moderate exercise that is also considered a sport. You don&#39;t
have to be competitive to make it beneficial.<br />
<br />
4. Join an exercise programs
at work. If you still do not have exercises programs at work, then why
not start it? You can talk to your boss about it and start with your
colleagues. You do not only lose calories but it is also one good way
to bond with them. This can be done in 30 minutes, 3 times a week. If
this just isn&#39;t an option, then every chance you get, take the stairs! <br />
<br />
5. Exercise while doing household chores. Gardening, raking leaves,
mowing the lawn, doing the laundry, vacuuming and car washing are
effective moderate exercises at home. Make use of these chores to sweat
and burn calories. Instead of using machines and gadgets to perform
these chores, why not do it with your hands and lose some fat?<br />
<br />
Making exercise a part of your daily routine will surprise you of how many calories you can burn which helps you continue to lose weight. Doing these moderate exercises, and the same amount, every day can burn 150 calories up to 1,000 a day!<br />

<p>
Canada is the place where
sports never say die. The country is known for its water sports like
canoeing, sailing and so forth. Apart from these there is the national
game of Canada- Lacrosse, the Canadians adorable game of Hockey, Basket
ball and the like.
</p>
<p>
The moment Canada ranks first on your dream
destinations, just collect little information about the weather of the
place that varies with the provinces there. For instance, the Quebec
and provinces adjacent to it have hot and humid summers with cold
winters. But the Northwest Canadian Territories are different with
short cool summers and long cool winters. However, the concoction or
fusion of diverse cultures and climate, picturesque attractions,
cuisine, language, people etc. make Canada what it is- a place worth
loving and visiting.

Canada has a universal public health insurance program (Medicare)
that usually covers the cost of most injuries and illnesses for
citizens, meaning that individuals requiring dental or medical
attention can visit doctors and hospitals with no bills to pay.
However, some areas of health care aren&#39;t covered by the governmental
plan and travellers from other countries or new residents may not have
access to the free health care, making short-term insurance a must.
Suffering a medical emergency in a foreign country, even one as close
as Canada, can empty your wallet very quickly.
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=140">RRSP and Pension in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Most short-term health insurance providers offer insurance for periods
from as little as a few days to up to a year. Considering that many
travellers to Canada can visit for only six months per year, health
insurance coverage for longer periods may be unnecessary. However,
individuals planning to enter and leave the country frequently over the
course of a year should look into coverage that is as long as possible.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=102">All about Insurance in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
If you have health insurance in your own country, you can check with
the insurance provider to see if your current coverage will also cover
any accident or illness while travelling abroad, as you may not need a
separate short-term insurance while on vacation or business. United
States insurance companies can provide extra insurance for travellers
to Canada based on the time spent out-of-country and the limits of
coverage required. While health care costs in Canada are relatively
lower than costs in the United States, you can estimate that a hospital
stay in Canada might average $3,000 a day and having insurance coverage
limits of approximately $50,000 is a good idea.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://find-insurance-online.blogspot.com/">Buy Insurance Online</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Compare costs between insurance companies and find out ahead of time
what medical needs are covered and what aren&#39;t. Never assume that the
worst won&#39;t happen, as it&#39;s always better to be safe than sorry. Also,
do work with an insurance company that is professional and that carries
a strong reputation. While unknown companies may have cheaper rates,
choosing an insurance provider with a name most people recognize is the
best decision. Be careful of deductibles, as they&#39;ll affect the overall
cost of the insurance coverage. Higher deductibles lower rates and
while paying out of pocket may seem feasible at the time you agree to
take short-term insurance coverage, you may find yourself in serious
medical straits without the available cash or funds required for
treatment.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/visitorstocanada">Visitors To Canada Insurance</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
A consideration about requiring short-term health insurance for Canada
is whether the individual has a pre-existing condition, as most
short-term insurance plans will not cover costs relating to existing
situations. Short-term health insurance is for emergencies only and for
medical attention that is sudden or unplanned. Evacuation is something
to look into, should you need to return to your home country or place
of residence quickly. Many insurance providers don&#39;t offer the option
of covering costs of evacuation, and the procedure could be expensive.
Also, include dental insurance in your coverage if possible, as many
people overlook this aspect but find themselves requiring emergency
oral care.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://buyinsurance.livejournal.com/">Canadian Insurance</a>
</div>
<hr />
Always carry identification on you, as well as information or a policy
card that lets emergency attendants know that you have insurance
coverage. Your identification should include the provider and policy
name, effective dates, and as much pertinent coverage information as
possible.

<br />
For many of us summer is a period of vacations. To secure yourself
against sudden troubles you need to take measures beforehand.
<p>
While <strong>traveling around Canada </strong>we strongly
recommend you always to have about you a Provincial Care Card (in
British Columbia it is called a British Columbia Care Card). This card
covers your visits to a doctor throughout the country (except Quebec).
To have a free service you will simply have to produce <a href="http://buyinsurance.livejournal.com/">your medical
insurance</a> card. If you really need treatment a licensed physician or an
oral surgeon from the given province will give you medical assistance.
This kind of service is covered by the <a href="http://find-insurance-online.blogspot.com/">insurance</a> of the province you
reside.
</p>
<p>
As to medical service in Quebec and abroad most often
Provincial Care Card covers there your visits to a doctor and other
medical expenses in the amount that does not exceed the cost of similar
services in the provinces you reside. For example the cost of medical
treatment for a resident of British Columbia in a hospital of another
country is covered on the basis of CAD $75 per day and real cost of one
day in a hospital of the USA can constitute from one to several
thousands US dollars.
</p>
<p>
It is clear that a Provincial Care Card is not enough <strong>to travel abroad</strong>.
Examine an Insurance Scheme of your employer. In some cases the Scheme
provides such benefits that will allow you to travel without fear to
lose money in case of an unexpected disease. Study carefully all the
events and insured accidents, which are covered by the employer&#8217;s
insurances.
</p>
<p>
Owners of some credit cards have different Schemes of
&#8220;Emergency travel Assistance&#8221;. Read carefully what and when is covered
by the insurance. It may happen that your insurance allows you only to
get medical consultations by the telephone 1-800 as well as to get
advice on the following problems: transportation of a diseased person,
how to find lost luggage, first expenses money, ticket exchange. Only
the financial institution that owns the card can give you the final
answer what exactly is covered by this card.
</p>
<p>
Recommended insurance coverage to travel abroad constitutes $2,000,000 or more for medical treatment and stay in a hospital (&#8220;<strong>Emergency Excess Medical and Hospital Expense</strong>&#8221;). Though you can buy tourist insurance in a travel agency it is recommended to buy it <a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/canadiantravelinsurance" target="newwin">from an insurance agent </a>.
He is a professional in this field of activity and insurance is his
basic business and not the side one. An insurance agent may help you
interpret your employer&#8217;s scheme of medical coverage and to prepare
documents for an insurance company to pay out insurance compensation in
case of necessity.
</p>
<p>
If you are traveling to another province in Canada you can buy on-line private travel insurance for Canadian&#160; for half price as for traveling abroad.
</p>
<p>
If you have guests from another country or you have just arrived in Canada do not forget to <a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/visitorstocanada" target="newwin">buy a Guest insurance over internet</a> &#160;. In critical situations failure to have such insurance can cause great expenses.
</p>
<p>
It is very convenient not only for Canadian residents but also
for all those who are going to come here to buy insurance by telephone,
fax or through the Internet.
</p>

<p>
All bicyclists learn that they tire earlier when they push very hard
on the pedals. Spinning the pedals faster with less pressure saves
energy. However, if you pedal too fast you lose coordination, which
wastes energy. The key to riding a bicycle efficiently over long
distances is to find out how fast you can pedal before you become
uncoordinated.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/managecategory.asp?c=10">Banking and mortgages in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
A study from the University of Kentucky shows that
most bicycle riders have very low efficiency at a pedal cadence of 40
revolutions per minute. Efficiency increases between 60 and 100, and
decreases substantially over 120 (<em>Journal of Biomechanics</em>, May
2006). Muscles are made of two types of fibers: fast-twitch fibers that
are primarily used for strength, and slow-twitch fibers that are used
primarily for endurance. These authors showed that riders with a
greater percentage of fast twitch (strength) fibers had faster optimal
cadences.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://buyinsurance.livejournal.com/">Buy Insurance Online</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
Another study from Toledo, Spain shows that even
experienced racers lose speed when their cadence exceeds 100
revolutions per minute (<em>Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise</em>,
May 2006). Maximal power output, a measure of how hard the cyclists
pushed on their pedals, was nine percent lower at a cadence of 120
compared with 80 and 100. Lactic acid started to accumulate and cause
muscle burning when the cadence exceeded 100 revolutions per minute.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/">Your financial Advisor</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
That
means that the more miles you ride and the faster you ride, the higher
your optimal pedal cadence will be. Most inexperienced riders will ride
best at a cadence of about 60; more experienced riders ride best at
80-90, and the best riders in the world start to lose efficiency at a
cadence greater than 120. If you are a recreational bicycle rider, your
optimal pedal cadence is the fastest you can spin without 1) becoming
uncoordinated, as evidenced by bouncing up and down on your seat; 2)
feeling burning in your muscles; 3) gasping for breath; or 4) becoming
so exhausted that you have to slow down or stop.

Understanding the anatomy of a ski will allow you to make an
educated purchase as well as improve your ability to use your ski
equipment effectively.<br />

<p>
<strong>BASE</strong>
</p>
<p>
The bottom
surface of the ski that makes contact with the snow is referred to as
the base. Most base material these days is composed of graphite,
polyethylene or an extruded composite.
</p>
<p>
<strong>CAMBER</strong>
</p>
<p>
When
you lay a ski on the floor there is a gap between the floor and the
center part of the ski. The camber of the ski creates this gap. (The
points where the ski touches the floor are called the CONTACT POINTS).
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetov.com/en/">Finance in Canada</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
<strong>CONTACT POINTS</strong>
</p>
<p>
With
the ski on the floor the contact points of the ski are readily visible.
They are the points where the ski touches the floor. (CAMBER creates
the space in the middle of the ski where it does not touch the floor).
</p>
<p>
<strong>CORE</strong>
</p>
<p>
The
core of the ski refers to the internal materials of the ski. These vary
depending on the construction of the ski and may include wood, foam,
metal or fiberglass. The core affects the skis weight, flex and
stability.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://buyinsurance.livejournal.com/">About Buying Insurance</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
<strong>EDGE</strong>
</p>
<p>
The sharp metal edge along
the base of the ski is simply called the edge. The edge helps to keep
the ski in control on the slopes by allowing the skier to grip the snow
(or ice) through a turn.
</p>
<p>
<strong>EFFECTIVE EDGE</strong>
</p>
<p>
The
metal edge of the ski covers the entire length of the ski. Only a
portion of the edge makes contact with the snow. The part that touches
the snow is called the effective edge. This is the only portion of the
edge that grips the snow through a turn and therefore the longer the
effective edge the better the ski will grip the snow and the more
stable the ski will be.

<p>
<strong>GRAPHICS</strong>
</p>
<p>
Ski
graphics are pictures, colors and geometric shapes on the top sheet of
the ski. The graphics of the ski are primarily decorative but also
serve to identify the make and model of the ski.
</p>
<p>
<strong>OVERALL LENGTH</strong>
</p>
<p>
The total length of the ski is measured in centimeters (cm) from the tip to the tail.
</p>
<p>
<strong>SHOVEL</strong>
</p>
<p>
The
front portion of the ski starting where it begins to turn up to the tip
is referred to as the shovel. It is the widest part of the ski.
</p>
<hr />
<div align="center">
<a href="http://www.arbetovinsurance.com/">Buy Insurance Online</a>
</div>
<hr />
<p>
<strong>SIDECUT</strong>
</p>
<p>
The
depth of the curve that runs along the edge of the ski from the tip,
waist and tail determines the sidecut of a ski. This curve is part of
an imaginary circle. The size of that circle is indicative of the depth
of the sidcut of the ski, the smaller the circle the deeper the
sidecut. Deeper sidecuts allow for tighter turns.
</p>
<p>
<strong>SIDEWALL</strong>
</p>
<p>
The
sidewall of the ski is the area and material along the lateral edge of
the ski, below the top sheet and above the metal edge. The sidewall
aids in the skis durability and performance. They type of material used
in the sidewall will effect the skis overall durability.
</p>

</div>
<hr />
<p>
<strong>TIP AND TAIL</strong>
</p>
<p>
The
tip and tail of the ski are the front and back respectively. The tip is
always upturned and in twin tip skis the tail is also turned up.
</p>
<p>
<strong>TOP SHEET</strong>
</p>
<p>
The
top sheet of the ski is the upper most layer of the ski. While its
surface serves as the decorative component of the ski it plays an
important role in the integrity of the ski as well. It is the final
bonding for all the components of the ski.
</p>
<p>
<strong>WAIST</strong>
</p>
<p>
The waist is the narrowest point of the ski when it is measured edge to edge. Typically this is near the center of the ski.

Canada - my chosen home country. Canada is the second largest
country on the planet and its dimensions are truly huge, it spans
nearly 7700 km from east to west. Nearly 90% of its population
congregate within 100 km of the US border. Canada&#39;s climate can be a
bit harsh in the winter, but the summers tend to be hot and intense.
Officially Canada is a bilingual country with Quebec being the center
of francophone life. Canada&#39;s native cultures have left an imprint all
across the country.
</p>
<p>
<a href="http://direct2canada.com/">
Canada is composed</a> of numerous provinces and
territories, including Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New
Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Nova

<br />
Its landscapes are extremely diverse, from rolling
hills and steep cliffs that drop down to the ocean in the Maritime
provinces, to the Laurentian Mountains in Quebec, to the rugged beauty
of the Canadian Shield with its thousands of lakes in Ontario
(including Algonquin Park), from the infinite horizon and the crisp
blue skies of the Prairie provinces, to the mountainous charm of the
Alberta and British Columbia, to the wilderness of the Canada&#39;s
northern territories, Canada is composed of varied landscapes.

To
many people, Canada is known as the great land of wilderness, and there
is certainly a lot of that. Hikers, canoeists, campers, fishermen,
hunters and outdoorsy folks all have a great time here. With its
oceans, lakes and rivers Canada is also a mecca for water sports
fanatics. Skiers will love find opportunities in the Eastern part of
Canada, particularly in Quebec, and in the West, in places like
Whistler, Banff, and Lake Louise, just to name a few. On top of it,
Canada is a world class golf destination, with literally thousands of
golf courses, and many of them affordable. But Canada has much more to
offer: its cities are full of culture and sophisticated recreational
opportunities, from museums to theatres to fine dining and shopping.

One
of my favourite parts about Canada is its diverse population. Cities
like Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver are places where <a href="http://direct2canada.com/">immigrants</a> from
all over the world have congregated and brought with them their
lifestyles, traditions and cuisines. My new home town of Toronto,
renowned for its multiculturalism, has more than 7000 restaurants that

Quebec City
is the only fortified city in North America with an architecture dating
back to the 1600s. Montreal has a unique European flair with its
outdoor cafes and street life. Ottawa is the seat of Canada&#39;s
government and in the winter the Rideau Canal turns into Canada&#39;s
biggest outdoor skating rink. Toronto is home to people from more than
100 cultures and is a multicultural mosaic with all its diverse
neighbourhoods and festivals. Vancouver has one of the most stunning
sites, being located right on the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by high
mountains. And there are many more interesting cities to visit,
Calgary, Victoria, Ottawa, Halifax, Charlottetown, Moncton, Niagara
Falls and many more.
